Hi felixliu,
This is intended behavior - only images with down-scaling are opened in a pop-up.
More specific, this functionality occurs only when you click an image whose display size is lower than the natural size of the source image.

Costin

Hi Mikael, As you mentioned you are currently using the veersion 24.0 of Oxygen, which comes with DITA OT 3.6.1 and, as you also figured out, some DITA Open Toolkit issues were fixed in the newer version 3.7 (which is the officially supported DITA OT with the minor version 24.1 of Oxygen), the first...

Hi La_Gej, Starting with version 24.1, in order to avoid unwanted display of menus, we implemented a short delay after hovering over the parent menu item, so this is intended behavior. However, the menu has two different display modes - one is by hovering over a menu item, the other way is to click ...

Hi g_m , As it is HTML-based, the published WebHelp output is highly customizable through CSS, so you could most probably use your own CSS customization to match the specific <shortdesc> elements and hide them using CSS rules. You can find more details on how to use CSS to customize your WebHelp pub...

Thank you Chris for the suggestions you offered to the user!
In addition to what Chris already mentioned, another good source of information on how to work with WebHelp product, could be the webinar events and the video presentations on our website.

Could you please let us know which specific transformation scenario are you using?
Is it the DITA Map WebHelp Responsive, or the DITA Map HTML5?
Also, we need to know which specific version of the software are you using.
