Graphics folder missing during Webhelp

I'm using XML Author 17.1. While attempting a webhelp transformation, the "graphics" folder does not appear.
I've separate ditamaps for English and French versions. The webhelp works fine for the French version.
However, when I apply transformation for English Webhelp, only the "pages" folder appear. The "graphics" folder is missing.

Request your help in fixing this issue.

Hi Sri,

Please note that the version 17 of Oxygen XML software is a very old version, which reached End-Of-Life and - implicitly - end of support, 4 years ago. Therefore, we no longer provide support for it.
However, as a hint I could offer, you should make sure that you do not have resources that are located outside of the DITA Map you are using for the English version. If there are such resources, you should first make sure to add the resources in the same folder with the .ditamap file, or in a subfolder of it.
