Oxygen Content Fusion is currently in a closed Beta stage so that we can continue to test and improve its development prior to the official release.
Collaboration is as easy as 1-2-3

Content Author

Create Task

The Content Author has access to a specialized view that allows them to create tasks, attach documents, and upload them to the Oxygen Content Fusion server.

Share Task with Reviewers

The Content Author simply clicks on a link to open the task in a browser where they can copy a link to share with all the Reviewers they want to look at the documents.

Merge Changes back into Oxygen

After the Reviewers have finished with their process, the Content Author uses a convenient built-in merge tool to integrate the changes back into Oxygen XML Editor or Oxygen XML Author.

The Reviewers simply follow a link to access the uploaded files in their browser where they can use an intuitive visual editor to proofread, add comments, and make changes.

Communicate with Others

During the review process, the Reviewers can communicate with the Content Author and other Reviewers through messages directly in the Oxygen Content Fusion interface.

Finalize Task

After the Reviewers are done with their process, they simply click the Finalize Review button to let the Content Author know they are done reviewing all of the documents.

Since every team has their own specific methods of collaborating, Oxygen Content Fusion was designed to be very flexible so that it can be used and integrated into any type of collaborative documentation workflow.

Intuitive Interface

It is powered by Oxygen XML Author's technology to take advantage of its user-friendly XML authoring features and the Oxygen Content Fusion interface is very simple and intuitive to accommodate every type of user.

Content Authors use a simple tasks management view to upload files and ultimately have access to a built-in merge tool to seamlessly integrate changes and comments back into Oxygen XML Editor or Author.
