Organization Subscription Page
Organization administrators can use the Subscription page to review subscription status, manage renewals and upgrades, and monitor license and storage usage.
The Subscription page in Oxygen Content Fusion allows organization administrators to review subscription status, monitor license usage, and access subscription management actions.

- Click your user profile name in the top-right corner of the interface.
- Select Manage organization from the drop-down menu.
- In the organization management interface, click Subscription in the left navigation panel.
Page Layout and Components
The Subscription page provides information about the current subscription state and the actions available for that subscription type and status.
The page is organized into two main sections:
- Subscription Status and Actions Section
- Displays the current subscription status, renewal information, and
available management actions. This section includes:
- Status indicator - A colored chip that shows the current trial or subscription state.
- Status description - Details about the subscription state and the expiration or renewal date.
- Action buttons - Context-sensitive buttons such as Upgrade plan, Stop Auto-renewal, Manage subscription, and Buy subscription.
- Contact information - A direct link to sales support for additional help.
For more information about subscription status see Subscription Status Types.
- Usage Section
- Shows the current allocation and usage of license seats for the Author
and Subject-Matter Expert platform user roles, as well as storage usage for the
organization. This section includes:
- Author seats - Shows the number of used seats out of the total available, a progress bar, and a percentage.
- SME seats - Shows the number of used seats out of the total available, a progress bar, and a percentage.
- Storage - Shows the used and total storage amount for tasks, projects, and deliverables, a progress bar, and the percentage of the subscription storage quota. For a per-project breakdown, see the Organization Projects Page.
Seat usage is calculated based on active members, pending invitations, and platform user role assignment.
Note:Inactive users do not count against license limits, but their data remains available and can be reactivated by an administrator.Notice:The seat usage information is only displayed when the subscription is active and not expired.
Manage the Subscription
To understand the current subscription state, see Subscription Status Types. To start or manage a subscription, use Buy an Organization Subscription or Manage a Paid Subscription.
For common follow-up actions, see Renew an Organization Subscription, Stop Subscription Auto-Renewal, and Upgrade an Organization Subscription.
For information about what happens after expiration, see Organization Impact After Subscription Expiration.
Troubleshooting and Support
If you encounter issues with subscription management:
- Contact Sales - Use the contact information provided on the subscription page for direct assistance with subscription-related questions.
- Organization Access - Ensure that you have the Organization Administrator role to access subscription management features.
- Upgrade Issues - If the Upgrade plan button is not visible, verify that your subscription is active and paid. The upgrade feature is only available for paid subscriptions with Verifone account information.
- Seat Validation - When upgrading, ensure that the new seat counts are equal to or greater than your current allocation. The system prevents downgrades through the upgrade interface.
- Processing Delays - After you complete an upgrade, allow up to 10 minutes for the system to process the changes. If seat allocation does not update after this time, refresh the page or contact support.
