Renew an Organization Subscription

How organization administrators can manually renew a paid subscription when auto-renewal is disabled.

You must have the Organization Administrator role in your organization.

Use this procedure for a paid subscription that does not have auto-renewal enabled.

Go to the Subscription page.
Click Renew plan in the subscription status and actions section.
A new browser tab opens and redirects you to the Verifone payment system.
Complete the renewal in Verifone.
After the confirmation page appears, close the renewal tab and return to the Oxygen Content Fusion subscription page.
Wait up to 10 minutes for the renewal to be processed, then refresh the page to check the updated expiration date.

The subscription expiration date is updated after Oxygen Content Fusion receives the license change notification from Verifone.

Note:

The Renew plan button is only available for paid subscriptions where auto-renewal was disabled during the original purchase.

Important:

After you complete the renewal, allow up to 10 minutes for Verifone to send the license change notification to Oxygen Content Fusion.
