Upgrade an Organization Subscription

How organization administrators can increase the number of available seats for a paid subscription.

You must have the Organization Administrator role in your organization.

Use this procedure for an active paid subscription with Verifone account information.

Go to the Subscription page.
Click Upgrade plan in the subscription status and actions section.
In the Upgrade Subscription dialog box, review the current seat allocation.
Enter the new number of Author and SME seats. Each value must be equal to or greater than the current allocation.
Click Continue.
A new browser tab opens and redirects you to the Verifone payment system.
Complete the upgrade purchase in the Verifone payment system.
After the confirmation page appears, close the upgrade tab and return to the Oxygen Content Fusion subscription page.
Wait up to 10 minutes for the upgrade to be processed, then refresh the page to check the updated seat allocation.

Note:

You cannot downgrade a subscription from this interface. The upgrade flow only increases the number of available seats.

Important:

After you complete the upgrade, allow up to 10 minutes for Verifone to send the license change notification to Oxygen Content Fusion.
