Organization Impact After Subscription Expiration

Information about how subscription expiration affects an organization and its users.

What Happens After Expiration

Organization suspension - When a subscription expires, the organization enters a suspended state. Users cannot access the organization's normal resources and data.
Subscription status visibility - The expired status is shown on the organization's Subscription page.

User Experience After Login

Organization administrators - When an administrator logs in to a suspended organization, the system redirects the user to the Subscription page.
Organization members - Regular members see an information page that explains why they cannot access their usual workspace.

Subscription Reactivation

Automatic reactivation - When a new subscription becomes active, the organization is restored automatically and all users regain access.
Manual subscription renewal - Administrators can use the Renew plan button when the organization is suspended because the subscription expired.
