Stop Subscription Auto-Renewal

How organization administrators can disable auto-renewal for an active paid subscription.

You must have the Organization Administrator role in your organization.

Use this procedure for a paid subscription that was purchased through Verifone and currently has auto-renewal enabled.

  1. Go to the Subscription page.
  2. Click Stop Auto-renewal in the subscription status and actions section.
    The system disables auto-renewal for the subscription.
  3. Confirm that the button is no longer displayed and that the subscription status reflects the change.

Renew the subscription manually before the expiration date if you want to continue using the service.

Note:
Once disabled, you can re-enable auto-renewal from your Verifone account management interface.
Important:
If you delete the organization while auto-renewal is enabled, the system disables auto-renewal as part of the deletion process.
