Managing a Paid Subscription

How organization administrators can open the Verifone account page to manage a paid subscription.

You must have the Organization Administrator role in your organization.

Use this procedure to access the Verifone account page for an active paid subscription.

Go to the Subscription page.
Click Manage subscription in the subscription status and actions section.
Review the dialog box instructions. The dialog box shows the order reference number and includes a copy button for quick access.
Click Go to Verifone Account.
Use the Verifone page to update payment methods, enable or disable auto-renewal, or review billing history.
