Content Completion property of a DITA file
Hi,
When I view the properties window for one of my Ditamap files I see a value for the Content Completion property but I cannot figure out how value is being resolved.
Can someone advise?
Thanks in advance,
Ann

Re: Steps to work with SDL Tridion Docs Connector to Oxygen
Hi Radu, So yes, those 2 new frameworks do exist, visible via Document Type Association menu option. Both are extensions of original DITA frameworks. I don't have a custom DITA-OT plugin for publishing but can probably source that from a colleague. I notice that the framework folders do not contain ...

Steps to work with SDL Tridion Docs Connector to Oxygen
Hi, I am new to working with the SDL Tridion Docs connector to Oxygen XML Editor and am unsure of the high-level steps that I need to undertake in order to get SDL Tridion DITA files working (more seamlessly) inside Oxygen. I would like to be able to edit such files and test transforms locally withi...

Visualizing the evolution of metrics
Hi, I have been trying to use the evolution/generateDITATables.xsl stylesheet from https://github.com/oxygenxml/dita-ot-metrics using the sample XML files provided. I have created a new transformation scenario in Oxygen XML editor of type XSLT that operates on the folder of xml files and applies the...

WebHelp - Search within current context
Hi, With my Oxygen WebHelp content, can I search for keywords only within the current folder context that I have navigated to? My content is organized into quite a deep folder structure and covers many products so if I have navigated to content for Product X, can I do a keyword search that only sear...

How to reference same topic twice
Hi, I have gotten myself into a bit of a muddle. I have a DITA project that I transform to WebHelp with navigation arrows. I need to reference the same topic twice within the same ditamap and not have duplicate navigation arrows generate when I am on that topic's generated webpage. I am using XML Au...

Re: Keyword versus indexterm
Hi Radu, Thanks for that. if I don't use a phrase search, it appears to only search the text within the topic. I don't understand how the use of <indexterm> element is used by search at all. My scoring.properties has the following # Meta keyword and indexterm meta_keywords = 100 meta_indexterms = 10...

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have tested this using indexterm in Oxygen 19.1 <prolog> <metadata> <keywords> <indexterm>Work Order Scheduling</indexterm> <indexterm>Task Scheduler</indexterm> </keywords> </metadata> </prolog> After publishing to WebHelp and doing an exact search for the words "T...

Keyword versus indexterm
Hi, I have been including <indexterm> elements within the prolog element for each of my topics. I had assumed that these would be used by Oxygen WebHelp search but am realising that is not the case now. Should I be putting both <indexterm> and <keyword> elements in my <prolog>? Regards, Ann

Restricting feedback from DITA Map Completeness Check
Hi, I am reusing maps throughout my DITA project as the functionality across 4 of our products is similar enough to warrant it. However, in some cases a task topic within a reused Map is not relevant for all products and so I use Profiling on the topic to include it only for the relevant products. T...

Breadcrumbs include shortdesc text
Hi, I am using Oxygen XML Author build 2018051511. I am transforming my DITA project using a custom template within the com.oxygenxml.webhelp.responsive plugin. My breadcrumbs seem to be showing the text from the related shortdesc element of the topic. I can't identify how/why this is happening. Can...

Filtering on/off content dynamically
Hi, I came across this site https://www.homezada.com/home-maintenance/library and love how parts of the content (images) can be filtered on/off using checkboxes and, what I assume, is metatagging in the background. Has anyone achieved something like this in Oxygen WebHelp? Any feedback appreciated, ...

Make files available in transformation out folder
Hi,
I know I have done this before but cannot remember how. I have added a folder of files that I want to have included in my transformation out folder but they are not DITA files. How do I make a group of other files copied over to my transformation out folder?
Any advice appreciated,
Regards,
Ann

Thanks for that Ionela,
I am trying to publish 2 different outputs, one for WebHelp with Previous and Next links and one for HTML5 ideally without Previous and Next links.
