To qualify for the Academic program, the use of Oxygen XML Editor is restricted to
teaching and academic research purposes only. Academic Licenses and
are not available for use in government or industry funded projects and/or for
commercial gain.
The following organizations qualify for the Academic program, subject to conditions available at https://oxygenxml.com/academic:
- Educational Institution (including Administrative Offices & Boards of Education)
- Teachers, Faculty and Staff
- Students
- Public Libraries
- Public Museums
- Home-School Programs
- Hospitals and Healthcare Systems

Personal Upgrade License Requirements
The upgrade can be purchased to bring up-to-date an older version of your Oxygen XML Editor Personal (not Academic/Professional/Enterprise) license.

Personal Renewal License Requirements
The Support & Maintenance Pack Renewal for Personal edition can be purchased in up to 14 days after a previous SMP has expired.
This extends the SMP for an additional period of time for an existing Personal (not Academic/Professional/Enterprise) edition license.

Personal New License Requirements
You qualify for the Personal edition only if you, as an individual, are purchasing a product license using your own funds,
then the personal license is right for you. Personal licenses are not available to companies in any way or form and can't
be reimbursed by employers.
