This Annex III corresponds to Annex III of the Standard Contractual Clauses and lists the Subprocessors authorized by Customer to process Personal Data.

Customer-Managed Integrations The Services may allow Customer to connect to third-party services (e.g., source code repositories) that are independently managed by Customer. Such third-party services are not subprocessors of Vendor, as they are engaged directly by Customer and operate under Customer’s control. Vendor accesses such services solely on behalf of Customer and in accordance with Customer’s instructions. Customer is responsible for managing its relationships with such third-party providers.

Customer hereby provides general authorization for Processor to engage Subprocessors in accordance with Section 6 of this DPA, subject to the notification and objection procedures specified therein.
