Oxygen Feedback Cloud version 5.2 introduces several enhancements to improve user interaction and administrative efficiency of the all-in-one solution designed to enhance community engagement and feedback collection while empowering documentation with an integrated, robust search engine for seamless usability, and advanced AI functionality to further streamline user interactions and improve content accessibility.

The new AI summary email allows you, as a site administrator, to receive daily insights into AI Assistant interactions while the updated AI Assistant ensures seamless communication by matching the response language to the user's input.

For content indexing management, you can now download content indexing logs for detailed insights and troubleshooting. The administration interface has been enhanced for you to easily duplicate site versions, streamlining the configuration process, and giving you the option to remove members from your organization, offering better user management control.

AI Assistant

Daily AI Threads Summary Email

As a site administrator or owner, you can now receive a daily email summarizing the new AI threads created in the past 24 hours. This feature helps you gain insights into user interactions with the AI Assistant and provides valuable feedback on thread accuracy and usefulness. You have the flexibility to enable or disable this notification based on your preference.

Multi-Lingual AI Assistant Responses

The responses received from the AI Assistant are now displayed in the same language as the user's input, providing a seamless and natural interaction experience. The AI Assistant also detects the language of the indexed documentation, ensuring that search queries are made in the correct language to retrieve relevant results.

Content Indexing and Search

Download Content Indexing Logs

As a site administrator, you can now download the log file for the latest indexing operation directly from the Content Index Status section in the Version Settings page. This provides you with quick access to detailed insights into indexed resources, indexing options, and any issues encountered during the process, helping you efficiently troubleshoot and optimize indexing operations.

Administration Interface

Easily Duplicate Site Versions

As a site administrator, you can now quickly duplicate a site version, saving time in the configuration process. Use the Duplicate action on the version's card to create a copy of the version configuration, preserving all the details of the original version.

Remove Members from Organizations

As an organization owner or administrator, you can now remove existing members directly from the Members page of your organization. This gives you more control over user management, making it easier to maintain an up-to-date and efficient team.
