Support & Maintenance Pack Renewals
The Support &
Maintenance Pack (SMP) provides unlimited technical support and allows you to
upgrade to all Oxygen versions, either minor or major that are released within one
year from the purchase date, at no additional cost. The Support & Maintenance Pack
Renewal can be bought only within a period of 14 days after a previous Support &
Maintenance Pack has expired, or bundled with a new license. One Support &
Maintenance Pack license covers one license of Oxygen.
