default attributes missing after adding custom subject scheme
I added a subject scheme to extend our product names, however, now all the other profiling attributes are missing. For example, the attributes for @otherprops and @outputclass are now missing. What can I do to have both existing and custom profiling attributes?

Removing carriage returns
I love the pretty-print feature! It makes the XML structure so readable. However, the extra carriage returns and whitespace (spaces) is causing issues with our CCMS. Is there a way to quickly (i.e. a button) to remove said whitespace and returns from our files, so that they are compact for checkin? ...

WebHelp Responsive on remote server
I'm working on getting our WebHelp Responsive plugin to work on our CCMS (SDL) build server (running DITA OT 2.5.4). Is there a batch file that I can run that checks if all of the CLASSPaths and environment variables, etc. are set correctly? The output process is getting stuck in the [gen-list] sect...

WebHelp feedback email body is missing
I recently upgraded the content of our WebHelp content and now the emails that get sent to the site moderators is missing the email body. The email header (from email and subject) are present, but the body of the email is blank (contains no content).
Has anyone seen this and how do I resolve this??

Re: Adding a background image to wh_search_input
I've come up with a solution (thanks to the folks at StackOverflow). This code adds a class to the webhelp_search_input placeholder from which I can then add the unique background graphic (via CSS) depending on the name of the class. In our source content, the chapter headings don't change for this ...

Adding a background image to wh_search_input
I'd like to add a unique background image to the .wh_search_input class when the wh_top_menu main menu items contain specific text. For example, when the top menu item contains the text "Installation", I'd like to have the .wh_search_input include a graphic that depicts the installation pr...

Re: Ignoring a copy-to file Error
As I was putting the sample files together and testing them, I got this feature to work! Go figure!
What I was doing wrong was xref'ing to the results file (conTypesOfSoftwareUpdates-2.html) instead of the new (copy-to) file (conTypesOfSoftwareUpdates-2.dita).
Thanks
