Context-Sensitive help with anchor does not work

Post by Pascale » Tue Jan 22, 2019 5:46 pm

Hi,

I have a DITA topic with

Code: Select all

<resourceid id="test1" />
When I publish th emap in Responsive WebHelp format, I can load that specific topic in a browser using

Code: Select all

index.htm?contextId=test1
However, I wanted to scroll down directly to the page body, so I tried

Code: Select all

index.htm?contextId=test1#wh_topic_body
, that is using an anchor as explained in the note of your documentation (https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... ve_queries)
Alas, it does not work, I got an error message
File not found
Can you please explain why it is not working ? Or is it a bug ?

Tx,
Pascale

Hi Pascale,

We had an improvement request in our internal issues/improvements tracking system in order to make anchors work altogether with context IDs.

This support is not available in the WebHelp implementation from the current version of oXygen, it is not possible to use both context IDs and anchors.
The good news is our developers already implemented this support in our development stream and the new functionality will be available in the next version of oXygen (v21).

Hi,

Just to update the thread, this problem has been resolved in v21 of oXygen XML which has been released. You can download v21 from our website:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/download.html

The complete what's new list is available here:
