WebHelp feedback email body is missing

I recently upgraded the content of our WebHelp content and now the emails that get sent to the site moderators is missing the email body. The email header (from email and subject) are present, but the body of the email is blank (contains no content).

Has anyone seen this and how do I resolve this??

We are aware of this issue and it is already resolved in our current development stream. We'll update the thread when the bugfix becomes available.

Just to update the thread, this problem been resolved in v21 of oXygen XML.

You can download the latest maintenance build of oXygen XML version 21 from our web site:
