This is a short video for one of the new features added in Oxygen XML Editor 28, demonstrating how to quickly insert links in documents directly from the Open/Find Resources view.

0:00:04Oxygen XML Editor 28 adds a helpful
quality of life feature that allows
0:00:08you to insert links directly from the open
find resources view. In our sample document,
0:00:15we want to add a link to an existing topic that
contains customization information about our
0:00:20subject. So in the open find resources view, we'll
search for our existing topic. The first result is
0:00:28what we're looking for. So, we'll right click
on that result and select insert as link. And
0:00:34notice that it inserted a link to that resource at
our cursor location in the document. It's a nice
0:00:41productivity boosting feature that eliminates
steps when inserting links to resources.
