Build History of Oxygen XML Editor and Author v10.3

Mac OS X: Resolved a critical issue that prevented the application from starting with Java SE 6 Update 27(1.6.0_27).

Bugfix: The selected characters were slided from their normal position as the selection was extended in Text mode in a document with bidirectional characters (Arabic, Hebrew, etc).

Bugfix: The font size was too large in the Windows help dialog.

Bugfix: While editing XSL, XML and CSS documents with the Eclipse plugin the parent element of the XML attribute or CSS property from cursor location was selected at an unexpected time and deleted at the next key press.

Bugfix: A NullPointerException that happened when opening some XML files in the Eclipse plugin was fixed.

Bugfix: The Format and Indent action handles correctly the descendants of mixed content elements.

Bugfix: The line delimiter is now consistent in any editor of the Eclipse plugin. The delimiter of the first line is used to end all new inserted lines.

Bugfix: The Eclipse plugin distribution could not open some XML files due to a NullPointerException.

Bugfix: Fixed a UI hang problem of the user interface when a file was renamed or removed from a zip archive in the Archive Browser view.

Bugfix: XQuery Update did not work correctly if the transform instruction was used in the XQuery.

Bugfix: A font family name composed of more than one word was not read correctly from the CSS stylesheet used for editing in Author mode.

Bugfix: The XPath filter of the Find/Replace dialog was populated with the values from the previous Oxygen session without populating the other editable fields of the dialog.

Bugfix: Fixed a NullPointerException in the Resource Hierarchy view.

Workaround: Force using the Apple JVM 1.5 instead of the Apple JVM 1.6 on Mac computers for avoiding some Apple JVM bugs.

Bugfix: Fixed a problem which prevented Oxygen from running on Mac Snow Leopard using the latest updates for Java 5.0 or Java 6.0 Runtime Environment or on Mac OS X with the latest updates to Java 6.0 Runtime Environment.

Bugfix: The user option Indent Size used in the Format and Indent action was not stored correctly when the format and indent options were stored at project level. This bug made the Format and Indent action use always a default indent value instead of the value set by user.

Bugfix: The option "Clear validation markers on close" available in the Eclipse plugin did not work correctly.

Bugfix: The action Generate Documentation that is applied to XML Schema (.xsd) files reported a NullPointerException if there was no file opened for editing in the application.

Bugfix: A namesapce declaration for an xs:union member was not resolved correctly.

There was a problem on Ubuntu systems, the editor could not switch to the Author mode. Fixed.

There was a problem with the file chooser dialog on Mac OS X. Fixed it.

Allow requesting licenses from the floating license server in Oxygen XML Author too. Release a floating license correctly when the user discards it.
