- LLM Providers are NOT Sub-processors under the Data Processing Agreement. They act as independent controllers for API Request Data transmitted directly by users through Client Applications. Syncro Soft does not process API Request Data on behalf of LLM Providers and does not control their data processing practices.
- Inclusion of an LLM Provider in this list does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or data processing relationship between Syncro Soft and that provider with respect to Customer's API Request Data.
