Contributes JAXB-XJC library to Oxygen which makes possible the generation of Java classes from XSD files.

The XJC compiler transforms a source XSD to a set of JAXB content classes in the Java programming language. It generates a class for each complex type and an additional factory class to ease the creation of JAXBElement representations.
