This license type is intended for
academic or personal use and may not be used for
any commercial purpose. There is no limitation in the features of the editor compared
with the professional edition. Non-profit or academical organizations (such as schools
or universities) can also take advantage of this license, but we reserve the right to
verify if they really belong to this category.
The floating licenses
allow you to install the <oXygen/> XML Editor on all workstations from a network
segment in your organization, but only the licensed number of installations will be
able to run at a certain time.
This product can be purchased ONLY
if you have an academic type Floating license (NOT User-based) of a previous version
of <oXygen/> XML Editor.
The Support & Maintenance
Pack(SMP) provides unlimited technical support and allows you to upgrade to
all <oXygen/> versions, either minor or major that are released within one year from
the purchase date, at no additional cost. The SMP Renewal can be bought only within a
period of 14 days after a previous Support & Maintenance Pack has expired, or
bundled with a new license. One SMP license covers one license of
<oXygen/>.
Dear customer, in the following buy pages you will be asked for the
purchase id of the order you want to upgrade/renew. If you do not
have this code, please request the history of your orders.
There are two methods to send us an order history request:
Send us a request by email.
For security reasons the order history will be send only to
the email address shown in the 'From' field (and not to the email address from
the 'Reply-to' field).
The order history process is automated. You just have to
click on the above link and then choose 'Send' from your email client. Please
do not edit the message. The email is processed based on the address from the
'From' field.
Submit the email address you used in the previous ordering
process(es).
