Re: Is there an extension point for topicComponentsExpander.xsl or way to override on of its templates
Hi,
I cannot find any reason why your extension point is not working, everything seems ok.
Could you send us a sample publishing template together with your XSLT extension on support@oxygenxml.com?

Re: Is there an extension point for topicComponentsExpander.xsl or way to override on of its templates
Hi, Yes, you can use the com.oxygenxml.webhelp.xsl.dita2webhelp XSLT-Import Extension Point to override the XSLT stylesheet (dita2webhelp.xsl) that produces an HTML file for each DITA topic. See more information in our user manual: * WebHelp Responsive XSLT-Import and XSLT-Parameter Extension Points...

Re: Webhelp Responsive - pinning the Main page menu
Hi, The only available parameter for the WebHelp top menu component is webhelp.top.menu.depth . This parameter controls the maximum level of topics that will be included in the menu. However, there are available two layouts for the main page: Tiles - a tile component is created for each chapter (fir...

Re: customize Webhelp Responsive home page
Hi, The whc:webhelp_publication_toc component is available only for the Topic Page page layout. It is not expanded if you use it in other HTML page layout files. Re: Webhelp Responsive - eliminating the "Main" page
Hi,
For the moment, there is no parameter to control if the main page is generated or not.
I have a workaround that implies small changes in the WebHelp Responsive sources. If you are interested for it, please contact us at support@oxygenxml.com.

Hi, The main page HTML template location is DITA-OT-DIR/plugins/com.oxygenxml.webhelp.responsive/oxygen-webhelp/page-templates/wt_index.htm . More exactly, the div/@class='footer-container' is defined in the footer.xml file from the same folder with wt_index.htm . The footer.xml file is included fro...

Hi,
Indeed, this part of DITA specification clearly indicates that topics marked as resource-only should be automatically excluded from search results.
I will add this remark on our internal issue.

Hi,
This is the desired behavior, the navtitle specified in the DITA map overrides the topic's title.

Re: Add tag in title based on condition
Hi, I'm afraid there is no simple solution to modify the topic title at publishing time depending on a condition set in DITA map. A solution would be develop a DITA-OT XSLT extension plugin that overrides the generation of the topic's title element. The template that generates the topic title is loc...

Hi,
The phrase search (for example, "grow flowers") return results only if words are found consecutively in the document, the consecutive words from index terms are not analyzed.
I will register this improvement in our internal issue tracker.

Hi, You can use either indexterm or keyword element in the topic's prolog to increase the word scoring for WebHelp search function. Hi, To present multiple images in the main page tile you need to use the com.oxygenxml.webhelp.xsl.createMainPage [1] XSLT extension point. Hi, I suppose you are running using Java SE 9. In this case, it is a known issue because the JAXB API is considered to be Java EE API, and therefore it is no longer contained on the default classpath in Java SE 9. Hi, I have searched for "/oxygen-webhelp/template" but I can't figure where this particular path name is entered so I can edit the file. The wh-template-copy-resources.xml file is generated from a Java library to copy the template resources[1] to the output folder. So you cannot modify it ...

Re: Build from command line using new publishing template
Hi,
No, you cannot specify JVM parameters in a publishing template.
Also, in a publishing template it is not recommended to specify an input/output parameter (such as the input Map, DITAVAL file, or temporary directory).

Hi, In case you want to modify only the html/head/title element, without modifying the topic's title (h1), you need to write a DITA-OT extension plugin.
