Hi, Did you publish the DITA Map containing a topic reference to the Swagger/OpenAPI documentation to WebHelp? You can also publish this DITA Map to PDF using the "DITA Map PDF - based on HTML5 & CSS" transformation scenario: image.png We also have a webinar where the integration of Op...

Re: Docbook refentry conversion
Hi, The specification is the same for this element on DITA 1.2: https://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/v1.2/os/spec/langref/syntaxdiagram.html. Maybe you can create a custom refactoring operation based on XSLT that changes the "syntaxdiagram" elements from the DITA output with these lists: https...

Hi, Thank you for contacting us. I checked the DITA documentation for the "syntaxdiagram" element (https://www.oxygenxml.com/dita/1.3/specs/langRef/technicalContent/syntaxdiagram.html) and it describes this element like this: The syntax diagram represents the syntax of a statement from a c...

Hi Sathya, This is an old discussion thread. In the meantime, we created an addon named Batch Documents Converter that contains Word to DITA conversion. Re: Plugin - access files bundled with plugin
Hi Christian, For obtaining the plugin directory you should get the instance of the class that extends "ro.sync.exml.plugin.Plugin" and from this instance, get the "PluginDescriptor" using the "getDescriptor" method. From this object you can find the plugin's directory ...

Re: How to customize DocBook to DITA conversion using the Batch Documents Converter add-on
Hi Rick, You have a custom DTD for DocBook 4 and the converter doesn't expect to find the "info > title" structure in this version of DocBook. The DocBook to DITA conversion is based on XSLT and it's made in 2 steps: first, DocBook 4 is converted to DocBook 5 second, DocBook 5 is converted...

Re: Word to DITA Conversion - Faded Images
Hi Bart, Yes, this fix was included in version 5.0.0. of the Batch Documents Converter add-on. In the initial problem, the wmf images were not copied in the output media directory and the 'href' value from the DITA file was incorrect. Could you send me a Word sample that contains the wmf image with ...

Re: Word to DITA Conversion - Faded Images
Hello, Are these images in SVG format? In the last version of the Batch Documents Converter add-on, we improved the processing of the SVG images that are embedded in the Word documents by saving them as SVG in the output, because we want to preserve the information and quality of these images. Befor...

Best regards,

If you have a Java developer in your company I can guide you for creating this add-on. This is not a common use case and it's not high priority for us to implement. Re: Allow .xpr file to specify minimum required Oxygen version and build number
Hi Chris, I registered an internal issue for this EXM-51298. I think this functionality can be added to Oxygen by an add-on. This may contribute a preferences page (that can be stored to the project level) with those version options and present a notification every day or maybe more often when a num...

Hi, The Word document has a document named "numbering.xml" in its internal structure used for labelling individual paragraphs with numbers, letters, and/or symbols. Somehow two w:lvl elements in this file have the same w:pStyle element and the add-on doesn't expect to find this case. I wil...

Hi Vishwa, You can add a WSEditorChangeListener on the main editor that will notify you when the editor is changed. Then you can check the editable state and enable or disable your menu item. Something like this: pluginWorkspaceAccess.addEditorChangeListener(new WSEditorChangeListener() { @Override ...
