Re: Searching for topics that are missing the target
Thanks, chrispitude! That's very helpful. I'd already done some experimenting, but Xpath is not my strong point, so originally I wasn't able to come up with anything workable. However, your examples work very well.

Searching for topics that are missing the target
Is there a way to search for all the topics that are missing something particular? For example, all topics that don't have a shortdesc element, or that don't include a particular piece of text.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Profiling vs Output File Names from Transforms
Thanks, Radu and Crispitude! For my immediate purposes, it works very well to set args.output.base = ${cfn}_${activeConditionSet} The other approach, using Preprocessing DITA-OT Project Files, looks like it might be useful when we are publishing all our documents for a release. I will pass this info...

Profiling vs Output File Names from Transforms
It seems that if I run a transform on the same ditamap twice, with different profiling condition sets selected each time, the same filename is used for both outputs. So the second output overwrites the first one. It would be more convenient if the output filename can somehow reflect the profiling co...

Re: Open/Find Resources Lists Files Outside of Project
Thanks, alex_jitianu. The problem was fixed by running Detect Main Files from Project. So it must have had something to do with the Master Files list, as you say.

Open/Find Resources Lists Files Outside of Project
Hi, We're running <oXygen/> XML Author 24.0, build 2022012607. When I use the Open/Find Resource feature, some of the results it gives are dita files that are outside the scope of the project. I've double-checked the folders list in the Project pane, and it definitely doesn't include some of the fol...

Content Fusion Pane Silently Fails to Connect
Hi, We're running Oxygen Author XML 24.0 with Content Fusion 3.0. The Content Fusion Tasks Manager pane does nothing when I click Connect. There is no error message. Further, nothing happens if I click the profile icon in the Content Fusion Tasks Manager pane. On the other hand, if I go to Options >...

Re: Adding Many Ditamaps to Find Unreferenced Resources
Thanks, Radu, both for tracking this as a potential new feature, and for suggesting a workaround. The method you suggest, of creating a single ditamap with references to all the others, will take some significant time to create (since we have 700+ ditamaps). However, once it's done, it will be reusa...

Adding Many Ditamaps to Find Unreferenced Resources
Hi, I was just experimenting with the Find Unreferenced Resources feature in Oxygen XML Author 24.0. The difficulty is that I have more than 700 ditamaps and they are located in dozens of different folders. The Add window allows me to search for ditamaps across multiple folders, but I can only add m...

Searching Ditamap Hierarchy Including Components
Hello, I'd like to search the ditamap hierarchy for all references to a certain phrase, even in xml attribute values. The search doesn't seem to include components that are referenced by topics in the ditamap. I tried two ways: - Find/Replace in Files with Scope set to Ditamap Hierarchy. This fails ...

Content Fusion Tasks Manager Pane Can't List Tasks
Hi, I'm using Oxygen 23.1 with Oxygen Content Fusion Connector 4.0.0. Oxygen connects to the Content Fusion server successfully, but the task list never fills in. The error is [Oct 13 12:06:46 PM 2021] [Auto-Refresh] The tasks information could not be retrieved from the server. (Requiest failed for ...

Thanks, crispitude, for your idea. Regarding the perl script, it sounds quite useful. I don't have access to a Linux environment, but I might be able to run it on Windows using Strawberry Perl. Re: Affected Ditamaps Panel
Thanks Radu. My interest is in the incoming links. The link graphs are interesting and we might get use out of them at some point. However, my immediate use case was rather different. There was a name change for one of our products, so I did a search to identify all the topics and components that re...

Re: Affected Ditamaps Panel
Thanks, Sorin. Here's a related new feature request. In the DITA References pane, it would be very useful if I could copy the contents of that pane, so I could paste it to a text file or spreadsheet for planning purposes. Now, I can imagine a complication for the design, which is how to render the f...

Re: Review Tasks Disappeared
Hi Michael, Thanks for your response. Yes, I am the owner of the review tasks that disappeared. I have looked for them in the Owned by Me list, and they are gone. Xrefs to Steps
Hi, We would like to be able to write things like "Repeat steps 3 through 5," and have the numbers updated automatically if someone adds or removes a step to the task later. We get part of this behavior by using an xref that refers to a step by its ID, as described in https://www.oxygenxml...

Custom Spellcheck in Content Fusion
Hi, We're using Content Fusion 3.0. I notice that it flags a lot of words as misspelled, and I'd like to add them to a personal dictionary. However, from looking at https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/3.0/ug-content-fusion/topics/cf-customizing-options.html?hl=spell#cf-customizing-options__create...
