Location of default configuration files for AI Positron actions
Post by jeff_hooker »
Hi folks,
The AI Positron assistant ships with a number of actions which I don't want my team to have access too. I've found the location of the plugin, but I can't find where actions like the Intelligent Agents, Reuse, and Marketing are located. How do I exclude this from my interface?
On a related note, is there actually a well-documented API for this? I'm trying to understand the full range of "type" values (e.g. replace-selection-with-fragment") and what the difference is between an action with a "type" defined and an action with and "output-action" defined is. Many questions.
Thanks,
Jeff.

Hi Jeff,
In the Actions preferences page you can choose which actions you want to exclude or if you want to entirely skip loading the default actions. See the "Actions to exclude" and "Load default actions" options from https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/ug-positr ... ences.html.
The documentation for the properties of a custom action can be found at https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/ug-positr ... tions.html. Please note that we don't advertise the "type" property anymore. In the new format of Positron actions you should use "output-action". In short, "type" was replaced by "output-action".
All the best,
