Left Side TOC and Breadcrumbs disappeared/not working

While customizing WHR output yesterday and making changes primarily to a copy of header.xml I noticed that once I click through to a topic/page the side toc and breadcrumbs no longer appear. I have rechecked all settings and even tried several other unaltered WHR outputs and I no longer get either the left side TOC or breadcrumbs for ANY webhelp responsive output.
I had numerous files open in Oxygen yesterday and can only assume I accidentally changed something somewhere. (Possibly within org.dita.html5?).
Any ideas are welcome.
(If I could download an unaltered copy of the DITA-OT from your installer I could troubleshoot and isolate the file causing the issue, but without that I'm stuck.)

Hi,

You can download only the Oxygen Publishing Engine (which contains DITA-OT plus Oxygen plugins already installed); this is included in any Oxygen XML Editor/Author/Developer product.
Depending on your version of Oxygen, you can find the download links here:

To proceed, simply unzip the Publishing Engine archive. You can then compare it with your DITA-OT directory using the comparison tools available in Oxygen.

We advise not to modify the DITA-OT bundled with Oxygen. Instead, you can reference an external Oxygen Publishing Engine in the DITA preferences page and make your customizations within that external instance.
