Eclipse 3.1 M7 Plugin - Update Site Instructions

On Mac OS 10.4.1, I followed the update site instructions and everything appeared to download and install successfully.

However, when I restarted, the Oxygen perspective, views, preferences, etc. do not appear at all.

Hello,

First you have to uninstall the Eclipse 3.0 plugin and then install the Eclipse 3.1 M7 one. The procedure for that is:
