TEI to XHTML

Hello all,

I'm currently working on visualizing my TEI documents. In my markup, I have lots of @rendition attributes, which are specified in the head as according to TEI rules.

When I run the XSL TEI to XHTML in OxyGen, I always get the error that the "Key RENDITION has not been defined". I couldn't yet find out in which file I should could specify this to make the transformation work.
I'm a bit stuck here.
