Where the h*ll is my key?
Post by pjn »
How long does it normally take before the trial key is sent? I've got more applications to test and try out before making a recommendation and disabling the entire test software without the possibility of getting a key (or so it seems) is really starting to p*ss me off.
Tried two different mail addresses, gone through spamfilters both locally and on server, checked mailserver log.. but still no trial key? Shall I move on or is there a possibility I might get the registration information soon?

Hi,
The license keys are sent automatically to the email address you enter during the registration process. If you do not have such an email after let's say 1 minute then that means there is a mail delivery problem. In this case you should double check you entered your address correctly and/or try using a different address or contact us at support at oxygenxml.com. In the later case it will be a good idea to enclose also a telephone number so we can eventually reach you that way.
Now to make things easier I included a trial license below:
--- start license key ---
Registration_Name=trial user
Company=
Category=Professional
Component=XML-Editor, XSLT-Debugger
Version=5, 5
Number_of_Licenses=1
Date=01-16-2005
Duration=31
SGN=MC0CFQCHKghGAOj2tSTkFAJf2W3SIk8mrAIUTo2kJpOjzcM6PLx03/Yacc5/HjI\=
--- end license key ---
Best Regards,
George
