Missing buttons in DITA Map Managers view

In Oxygen 12 in the view DITA Maps Manager I only see 1 row with buttons and no arrow so see more actions. So I'm missing the toolbar button for insert topic reference.

Hi,

In Oxygen 12 we redesigned the DITA Map toolbar and removed the second auxiliary toolbar because the same actions can be found on the contextual menu.
So just select a topic reference in the DITA Maps Manager, right click it and choose the desired action.

That little toolbar of buttons was very handy, particularly in the cases of messing around with map hierarchy, and for training users who are new to DITA and to OxygenXML. Not all topic authors are comfortable with keyboard shortcuts and right-click menus. Please consider re-inserting that toolbar in the DITA Maps Manager. It was quite useful.

Alright, we've discussed this and the secondary toolbar will be re-added.
