Hi,
Sure, from the Configure Transformation Scenario dialog just duplicate and edit the default DITA Map to PDF transformation scenario and in the Output tab you have the possibility to specify custom output and temporary director paths.

Hi,
The "key" icon marks a read-only scenario which cannot be edited by you (a scenario which comes bundled in the Oxygen installation).
Once you have created a new scenario or duplicated a read-only scenario you have full control to modify it according to your needs.
