Where can i get the german hyphenation file and where do i install it in oxygen?

Hello,

You can download offo-hyphenation-fop-stable for FOP 0.9x and add fop-hyph.jar to the FOP classpath. For adding a jar file to the classpath of the internal FOP you need to create an external FO processor based on the built-in Apache FOP and specify a command line that includes fop-hyph.jar.

In the transformation scenario that must use the hyphenation patterns you have to set the FO processor on the FO processor tab of the scenario to the external processor that you created. In a future version we will allow adding more easily a jar file to the FOP classpath.

Hello,

You have to download the OFFO hyphenation package, unzip it, add the fop-hyph.jar to the [Oxygen-install-folder]/lib folder and restart Oxygen. The OFFO hyphenation package is not included in Apache FOP due to licensing issues.
