hyphenator cannot find hyphenation

hyphenator cannot find hyphenation

I am using oXygen 8 to generate PDF from DocBook, and get

SEVERE: Couldn't find hyphenation pattern en

I have researched using Google and the search on this forum, and there does not seem to be much info.

I understand I may need to install a hyhenation file.

Is this true? How do I do so?
