Problem with TEI5 update: neither attributes or element sugg

I just downloaded a TEI5 update (2014/09/15) that popped up when I opened Oxygen and now when I try to edit my TEI documents the available choices that always appear in the editor window aren't showing up as they have always done..I'm using Mac OS X.6.8; Any idea why this may be and/or how this can be fixed?

What is the site URL that is set for the Oxygen add-on for the TEI P5 framework in Oxygen? You can see it in the Preferences dialog box if you go to menu Options -> Preferences -> Add-on.

We do not provide a TEI add-on on the Oxygen server/website so we will need to check the TEI framework on the server where the Oxygen application gets to download it and after that contact the administrators of that site and work with them to correct the problem.
