Re: SVG files not scaling properly in PDF publishing
Hm. That last post got stuck in Moderator Limbo. Replacing the embedded PNG file with the original BMP fixed the problem. I'm not sure if the converter (ImageMagick) introduced a problem (invisible to everything but the publishing part, mind you), or if FOP (or PDF) just prefers to work with uncompr...

Re: SVG files not scaling properly in PDF publishing
Thanks for the reply, Dan. What scenario are you using to transform your documents? Using DITA-OT 2.5.4 with a custom PDF plugin. We get the same results from both Oxygen and Astoria (our CMS). Your SVGs have information about their size? Yes. Here's the code for one, eliding the big wad of Base64-e...

SVG files not scaling properly in PDF publishing
We have a set of documents that use SVG files to overlay callouts onto screen shots. The screen shots are PNG format, embedded in the SVG. Opened in Inkscape, Oxygen (19.1), Chrome, or Firefox, the SVG file looks right. Callouts are positioned properly. Published to PDF, the callouts and screenshots...

Oxygen 19.1 not displaying BMP files inside SVG
Using Windows 7, 64-bit When a DITA topic has an SVG image, and that SVG refers to a BMP (embedded or external), Oxygen displays a placeholder instead of the actual BMP image. All the SVG components display properly. Turning on "display very large images" makes no difference. Is this somet...

Invisible x2029 characters in codeblocks
We've noticed, especially for pasted-in data, that codeblocks sometimes contain x2029 (line separator) characters. Oxygen displays them as entities in other elements, but in codeblocks they're invisible. The first hint we get is in output, when codeblocks have inconsistent spacing. Is there any way ...

How to convert multiple Markdown files?
We're experimenting with using Markdown as an intermediate step to move our documentation to DITA. It works well enough, except there doesn't seem to be a way to convert an entire ditamap and its linked files to DITA except for one at a time. Or have I missed it?
