Question on sharing a custom toolbar

Hello,
I've created a custom toolbar by creating a custom framework. How do I share this toolbar with my team? Can I give them the custom-toolbar folder and give them instructions for where to put it and how to add it in the Preferences?

Are you editing XML content using the Oxygen desktop application or the Oxygen WebAuthor in-browser web editor tool?
