Spell Check as part of the workflow

Hi- Would like to explore an option to make Spell Check a mandatory action for a writer, without which the application must not allow to submit/check in the xml topic. This ensure that the writer runs the Spell Checker to prevent typos in the customer documentation.
We at Avaya Inc. use licensed Oxygen XML Author for creating the content.
Appreciate very much if you could help us with information here.

From the terminology you used (submit/check-in), I suppose you are using Oxygen XML Author with a CMS. Am I right?
