Hello Team , we have our custom DITMAP and topics from extension of DITAMAP and DITA , and we have our own schematron rules to validate.
when we validate our files we have seen these warnings

It's preferable to use tm element instead of ® character.
It's preferable to use tm element instead of ™ character.

We want this is to ignored and not to show either warning or error.

How to fix this?

Hi,

There is a schematron schema located in:

OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR/frameworks/dita/resources/dita-1.2-for-xslt2-other.sch

which in Oxygen versions older than 23.0 is used by default for manual validation of DITA topics.
In the Oxygen Preferences->"Document Type Association" page if you edit your custom framework extensions, in the "Validation" tab you have a validation scenario configured, if you edit that validation scenario one of the validation stages should be validation with the Schematron resource I mentioned above, validation stage which you can delete from the validation scenario.
