Validating against Schematron rules embedded in detected schema

Post by Patrik »

Hi,

I have a custom document type that should be used for varioud files with different XML schemas assigned. Now I'd like to define the default validation scenario i a way that the embedded schematron rules are used.

But in the configuration this seems not to be possible:
When I select the "use detected schema"I can't enable the embedded Scheamtron rules.
And I can't select a custom schema since the document type applies to different (topic-)types with different schemas.

Did I miss something?

Thanks and regards,
Patrik

Hi Patrik,

Indeed right now we do not allow checking for embedded schematron rules also in the detected schema. I will add an issue, see if we can fix this on our side. Based on the fact that the document type applies to XMLs with different schemas right now I cannot think of a good workaround for you.
