Disable automatic quotation mark closure?

Post by Zenethian »

This may sound like a fairly silly thing, but I can't find an option for it anywhere.

I'd like to disable the automatic quotation mark closure feature. This drives me nuts, because more likely than not I'm putting tags and attributes wrapped around existing data, not authoring a fresh XML document.

When I begin typing, and type this out:

<xsl:value-of select="

Oxygen automatically inserts a second " to close the first. Please help me disable that feature so that I can close my own quotation marks.

I'm using the Eclipse plugin version of 9.2.

Thanks!

Hello,

That feature cannot be disabled. We have a request for adding an option that disables the feature which will be implemented in a future version of Oxygen.
