Oxygen and IBM RAD (Rational Application Developer) 7.0

I'm using RAD 7.0 based on Eclipse 3.2.1.
What version of Oxygen will run with it and what's the repository URL? The url at the install page points to a location that only offers Oxygen 9.1 for Eclipse 3.3

Hello,

For a version of the oXygen plugin compatible with Eclipse 3.2 go to the Software Archive page of this website. The latest version supporting Eclipse 3.2 is oXygen 8.2.
