oXygen 9.1+ should use ~/.ssh/ for sftp keys, etc.
Are you missing a feature? Request its implementation here.

oXygen 9.1+ should use ~/.ssh/ for sftp keys, etc.
When oXygen needs to read or store an ssh key for authentication, it should be using files in the user's .ssh directory.
Most applications that use ssh features, use the standard files in this directory to retrieve and store public and private keys, etc.
This would allow oXygen to "know" about keys that have already been accepted by the user in other applications. For example, if I've already accepted a key for my web host server via ssh, then oXygen shouldn't prompt me to accept the same key again and store it elsewhere.
If necessary, oXygen should create and initialize the directory if one doesn't already exist.

Hello,
oXygen uses a third party SFTP library which does not use the .ssh directory yet for storing and retrieving SSH keys. We will consider the request for future versions of oXygen.
Thank you for your suggestion,
Sorin

I would like to voice my support for this. Support for secure standards may be deal -makers or -breakers in many situations.

Hello,
oXygen 9.1 already supports SFTP authentication with a SSH key. What other secure standards are you talking about?
Regards,
Sorin
