Crash when trying to view Author mode

Hi,

I'm editing XML files and oXygen keeps crashing when I move from Text mode to Author mode by clicking on the bottom left hand tab. This happens intermittently and is getting more frequent. This is also happening to my colleague as well. We've both tried different scenario's to see if there's a pattern, i.e after recently saving a document, after a text search etc, but with nothing conclusive.

Has this been reported before? It's getting quite frustrating having to kill it through Task Manager and resarting it every 5-10 mins!

Dear Natalie,

We did not receive such a report before.

What do you mean by crash?
Does Oxygen close unexpectedly or does it just block and stops responding?
If it sometimes closes, does it always happen when passing from Text to Author?

How large are the files that you are editing ?

Can you send us more details like the Java version, operating system, if are using the standalone or Eclipse version of Oxygen 9.0, maybe some sample files at our email address?
