No save structure under XML menu

I have a document and no DTD.. it is well formed. I want to Learn the structure and save it as a DTD. However, I can learn the structure and it says, "learn completed" but I have no place that I can find save structure. The user guide says it should be under the XML menu but it is not.
I am new to Oxygen, new to XML.. so I am hoping I am just overlooking something obvious. I am running the trial verion 3.0 on Mandrake Linux 9.2. I wanted to try before I bought..

Can anyone help?

Hi Bruce,

We had in oXygen 2.0.4 an action called "Learn and save document structure" that generated a very lax DTD from an XML document. It was removed because that functionality was somehow overlaping with the "Convert to" and "Associate schema" actions but it will be reintroduced in oXygen 3.1. Oxygen 3.1 will be available tomorrow or at the beginning of next week at the latest.
