Newbie : Question about generated index

Hello everybody,

I have a question about the index generated on my docbook. I have the first line which contain the page number "1" and it's seem to be bind to "index name" on the page one.
Is it possible to remove this one ?

Hello,

I think you have an empty title element in the chapter or section which includes the subsections "Objet du document", "Infrastructure", etc. You should fill the title element with a non-empty text which represents the title of the chapter/section/etc.
