oxygen process thread doesn't exit

- just buyed enterprise edition
- installed
- when exit the application, there's always an oxygen.exe instance that doesn't close down in processes list
- i have to kill this process to be able to get started the appl a next time

OS: XP Prof R2 EN

how to resolve this?
