Hi,

Anyone still using Dita4Publisher to convert Word docx to DITA. I'm now encountering this Internal Error, hope someone would advise on this.

Hi,
I would recommend you using our Oxygen Batch Documents Converter add-on for Word to DITA XML conversions:

Other than that you can open the XSLT stylesheet, look at like 410 and try to understand what the problem could be.
