Cross-references disappearing in PDF

Working on DITA reports for investment tracking… some cross-refs work fine, others just vanish when I rebuild the PDF. IDs are all there, mapping looks solid, but in the DITA-OT log I get warnings like:

Code: Select all

[WARN] Reference target not found: investment/section5/topicID

and sometimes:

Code: Select all

[INFO] Skipping topic 'overview' because of missing key definition

Tested on the latest DITA-OT, no change. PDF plugins in Oxygen handle the rest fine, but these flaky refs are a proper pain. Any quick tweaks to check before I go and redo all the references by hand…

Hello,

In Oxygen's DITA Maps Manager and use the Validate and Check for Completeness tool to examine your ditamap. It should help you identifying missing key definitions or duplicated IDs.
