Search for dita topics in sharepoint integrated with oxygen xml author

Hi
I have set up oxygen xml author integration with sharepoint. I'm able to view the data source explorer with all the files and folders. How to do a search for topic files on sharepoint with a particular keyword across all files on sharepoint? e.g to replace a keyword from 'Abc' to 'Def' ..to find out all affected files with tht keyword. Does the search only happens within the current map? How to enable search across all other maps?

Hi,

What version of Oxygen are you using?
So you have the Sharepoint connection configured in the Oxygen Data Source Explorer view, correct?
If you right click the connection in the Data Source Explorer view there should be in the contextual menu there a "Find/Replace in Files" action from what I remember. And right you can also do "Find/Replace in Files" on the entire DITA Map opened in the DITA Maps Manager view.

Hi,

Have you tried to right click in the Data Source Explorer view on one of the folders referenced in the Sharepoint connection? Does it have the "Find/Replace in Files" contextual menu action? If it does you can try to do this for the topmost folder referenced in the Sharepoint connection.

This is what i see from my SharePoint . Do I need to change the "Specified path" to my root folder path instead of "Project" ?

Hi,
So right now you are using the "Sharepoint Browser" view which does not have the "Find/Replace in Files" added as a contextual action.
Please go to the Oxygen main menu Window->Show view and open the "DataSource Explorer" view, it should allow you to access the "Find/Replace in Files" dialog from the contextual menu as per my screenshot.
